Skilling Solutions Queensland is an innovative training and career information service developed by the Queensland Government to help you gain the qualifications you need to succeed in today's competitive job market.
The face-to-face services offered by our customer service centres will provide you with information on formal skills recognition, career pathways, training options and apprenticeships and traineeships. Our consultants can work with you to explore what skills you already have, how to get them formally recognised and what skills you need to gain to get the job you want.
Since opening in March 2005, over 120,371 Queenslanders have accessed the Skilling Solutions Queensland service.
Skilling Solutions Queensland has been the recipient of three National Awards for excellence in customer service - an Australian Service Excellence Award in 2007, two Australian Business Awards for Service Excellence and Innovation in 2008 and an International Customer Service Professionals Gold Award in 2009.
