Dedication to service proven through award achievement (March 2011)

Skilling Solutions Queensland dedication to providing a personalised, customer focused service has been formally recognised through the achievement of one state, two national and one international customer service awards.

Skilling Solutions Queensland was the recipient of the Customer Service Institute of Australia's state and national awards for service excellence in 2007, two Australian Business Awards for service excellence and innovation in 2008, and the International Customer Service Professionals Gold Award in 2009.

The service was also awarded a highly commended for Best practice in State Government in the Institute of Public Administration Australia's annual awards in 2010.

These achievements reflect the strong focus on customer service delivery, supported by a strong training culture, monitored by strict customer service standards.

Since inception, the service has delivered over 112,000 customer interviews through its sixteen customer service centres.

Phone surveys undertaken with these customers indicate that 97.2% of survey respondents describe the service received as good or excellent.

Skilling Solutions Queensland is continuously expanding its range of services and welcomes further opportunities to continue improving service delivery to further assist Queenslanders make informed decisions about their training and career options.
