On successfully completing a recognition of prior learning process, an individual customer may need to undertake one or a number of competencies to complete the qualification they require.

Registered training organisations have the opportunity to enrol these customers into training to fill the gap in the qualification they require . The skills gap training delivered by the registered training organisation will need to be flexible and focused on individual customer needs.
